I am currently a third year Ph.D candidate at PKU-IC, working at the Ultra Low-Power Logic and Memory Group advised by Prof. Qianqian Huang. My research focuses on novel memory and storage system designs, ferroelectric-based computing-in-memory accelerations.
I received my B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2022, working on the neuromorphic computing based on emerging devices advised by Prof. Xueqing Li.
